Doug Ebenstein guides the primary leasing of both retail as well as development efforts via the East Coast, in the Washington DC Metropolis Area, this also includes both Maryland as well as Virginia suburbs

The Capital Commercial Properties has been very instrumental in creating and developing large mixed-use sites in Alexandria, Virginia. these feature many national commercial tenants in over 500 residential units. These units are all located just moments from the capital of our nation. Doug is the president of the Eden Center, Inc. The Eden Center owns as well as manages the Asian shopping center that is located on the East Coast. Here, the company has become a major cultural destination that features over 115 tenants that include many wonderful Vietnamese restaurants. To recognize this, the Eden Center has been honored “The Most Improved Commercial Property” located in Falls Church, Virginia. This was in 1997 and they were also voted Best shopping center in both 2014 as well as 2015 from Washington City Paper.
